Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy
Five days notice of cancellation is required, (5 days prior to 12.00 noon on day of arrival) otherwise payment must be made in full. We will endeavour to re-let the room and if we are successful, you will be charged 10% of the value of your booking. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Glenora. Cancelled bookings will be acknowledged, in writing, by the Glenora.

Payment will be due On Arrival for all bookings.

Hogmanay & Rugby Weekends
There is no charge for cancellation up to 10 days in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount of your booking. We will endeavour to re-let the room and if we are successful, you will be charged 10% of the value of your booking.

Special Events and Group Bookings
For special events and group bookings we reserve the right to amend our cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Smoking
The Hotel is completely non-smoking. We will impose a cleaning fee of £100.00 if you do smoke in the hotel.
